Intentional Spaces

This beautiful house in Scripps Ranch needed some updates. The family living at this residence had outgrown the small covered patio space they had originally built with the home, and needed a larger area to entertain guests outside. They were also interested in adding a full-service outdoor kitchen, a fire place, and heaters. These enhancements would allow for more outdoor festivities and cooking regardless of the weather in San Diego, CA.

In addition, the homeowners wanted to incorporate artificial turf along side their real grass in a way that complimented each other, and made their outdoor space look lush and also clean and well kept. With all these ideas in mind, DCarson Constructions designed a space with the intention of outdoor entertaining, as well as a clean and low maintenance look that complimented the aspects of the home and the original backyard. We blended the new extended covered patio in with the exterior design of the home, making it all look succinct and complimentary.
