Outdoor Remodel in Scripps Ranch, CA
Our clients have a beautiful home in Scripps Ranch with a backyard looking into a peaceful forrest. However, their backyard space was completely unusable, and they avoided that space due to the disarray and chaos. It was muddy, unkept, and dysfunctional. They were looking to change the space to cultivate the welcoming outdoor environment to be able to host friends and family for gatherings, as well as enjoy their beautiful view daily.
After further investigation we came to the conclusion with our clients that a covered patio, outdoor island for seating & cooking, and fire place seating area would create the environment they were looking for. They could enjoy the spaces in the summer and mild San Diego winters, creating a space they could use all year round. Another key point for this client was maintenance landscaping that would compliment the structures we would build.
