What started as a dated French country-style home from the 1980s is now a sleek, modern mansion reimagined for luxury living and high-performance functionality.
The entire home was rebuilt around a bold black-and-white palette. The basement was transformed into a high-end man cave featuring a custom wine room, full bar, recording studio, and RGB lighting to set the mood for both entertainment and creative work.
Upstairs, the kitchen became a showpiece—designed with dual islands, dual sinks, and commercial-grade appliances, all framed by European-style, frameless cabinetry that tripled the storage. The living room was redefined with clean lines, leather-finished granite fireplace with lighted stone feature, and full-length sliding glass walls that open up to the views.
The second floor now includes fully personalized bedrooms and spa-style bathrooms. The standout: a master suite with a steam shower, standalone tub, and a private coffee nook overlooking the hills.
Outside, the transformation continued with new casement windows, contemporary stucco, and a Standing Seam Metal Roof. Smart home systems were integrated throughout, managing everything from security to climate and window shades. The property now also includes pro-level training facilities, a sand pit, and NFL-grade running turf—rounding out a complete lifestyle upgrade.
The two pools and waterfall were completely re-done, the uneven existing backyard/pool area was leveld out to create a large entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen/pool house with 2 full bathrooms and custom fire pit and seating area.
